Open Floor Movement Practice - Open in Motion

Open Floor is a lively  and dynamic dance inquiry. We learn to track thoughts, stories and patterns that hold us back and turn them into creative fuel.

Using universal movement principles,  such as  breath, grounding, centering, release or expansion & contraction, our aim is to become more embodied or 'at home', present for anything and everything.

Every dance is  different and has its own flavour (theme, music and rhythm vary). Sometimes more mindful, sometimes more dynamic, with exercises/instructions or 'just' dance. We dance on our own and with others. We don't use fixed forms or dance steps.

Everybody is welcome, regardless  of age, experience or gender!

Classes are given in Dutch. English or French translation is no problem. For more information or registration feel free to call 06-423 00 472  or mail to info@corriedrijver.nl.
